🚍 Option 1: Early Return
If you wish to return to Hurghada directly after breakfast, your transfer will be by Go Bus company — one of Egypt’s most reliable companies, known for organizing group transfers across the country with excellent comfort and service quality.
🕓 Option 2: Stay Longer in Luxor
If you prefer to spend a few hours in Luxor on your own, you can return with our tourist bus in the evening.
🕛 Please note: Hotel rooms in Luxor must be vacated by 12:00.

Please inform us of your transfer preference at least one day before the excursion.

🎈 Important Information About the Balloon Flight cancellation:
Please note before making your reservation:
Occasionally, due to weather conditions or safety concerns, the hot air balloon flight may be canceled. This is considered a force majeure situation, and therefore, our company cannot be held responsible for the cancellation. In such cases, refunds vary depending on the timing of the cancellation:
✅ If the balloon flight is canceled before the bus departs from Luxor back to Hurghada on Day 1: You will return to Hurghada the same day with the same bus. You will only be charged for the Luxor day tour + 5 euro return transfer cancellation fees, and we will refund the full cost of the balloon flight and hotel accommodation.
✅ If the balloon flight is canceled after the bus has already departed from Luxor to Hurghada:
You will still spend the night at the hotel in Luxor and return to Hurghada on Day 2 as scheduled. In this case, we will refund only the cost of the balloon flight.
