How to Book a Tour

To book your Cairo by Plane tour, please note the following important steps:

📅 Contact us at least 10 days before the excursion to check flight availability and start your reservation.
✅ Make your reservation after confirming availability.
💵 Confirm your booking by paying the deposit at least 2 days before the excursion — this guarantees your flight tickets and participation.

Once you’re ready to book, please provide:
📍 Hotel name
🏨 Room numbers
📸 Photos of passports (the page with names and surnames) — required to issue your deposit receipt

💰 Deposit: A representative will come to your hotel with an official receipt to collect the deposit of $100 per person.
📑 You’ll receive your receipt immediately, and we’ll issue your flight tickets under your names as soon as the deposit is confirmed.

⏰ The day before the tour:
We’ll send you the exact pick-up time, information about what to bring, and where to wait for the bus outside your hotel.

💵 Remaining balance:
The rest of the payment is made on the day of the excursion.

⚠️ Important:
❌ Cancellation is possible at least 2 days before the excursion.
❗ If canceled 1 day before or on the same day, a $150 fee will be charged to cover the cost of flight tickets.

Využili jsme Nile Voyage na výlet do Káhiry na pyramidy. Domlouva přes whats app jednoduchá a rychlá. Skvělá cena. Autobus přijel dle pokynů, v Káhiře na nás čekala průvodkyně český mluvící a celý den s námi strávila jako průvodkyně a tlumočník. Výlet úžasný ale náročný.

Děkuji týmu Nile Voyage za profesionální organizaci a přístup. Určitě doporučím všem známým a rád při návratu znova využijí

Очень интересная экскурсия. Возможно, благодаря гиду. Невин (надеюсь, правильно написала имя) просто потрясающая!!! Рассказывала всё очень интересно, отвечала на все вопросы. В общем, прогулка с ней просто кайф!!!!

И сама организация великолепная. Трансфер по расписанию. Автобусы бы чуть посвободнее — даже при моём невысоком росте коленки упирались в сидение впереди. Отдельное спасибо «начальнику автобуса» 😁 Миду (опять же сорри, если написала неправильно). Очень коммуникабельный, ответственный, с прекрасным чувством юмора

Снимаю одну звёздочку только за тесное пространство в автобусе

Была в Каире в прошлом году. Воспользовались услугами Нил вояж Турс и получили массу приятных эмоций! Посетила Египетский музей и Пирамиды. Гид был очень хорошим, показал и рассказал нам всё. Было очень интересно!! Советую!!!!!!!

Отличная организация экскурсий

Брали 2 экскурсии на остров Парадайз и Мега Сафари. Забрали чётко по времени. Довезли до места с комфортом. На морскую прогулку и вовсе только нашу компанию на авто. В обоих случаях приятные доброжелательные исполнители. Особенно хочу выделить команду с яхты. Зажигалки парни. Вкусно покормили, и приятным бонусом было катание на плюшке в конце путешествия. Сафари без долгих ожиданий , покатались на багги, потом на квадроциклах, нас пофоткали на наш телефон. В деревне бедуинов все улыбчивые, ни где не было дискомфорта. Так же спасибо гиду Марие( возможно ошиблась и она Марина всё таки 😃. Спасибо за отличные впечатления. P. s хочу отметить что за пару дней до этого брали сафари в другом агенстве, и это было ужасно. Долго ждали квадроциклы и всё остальное, больше вымотались чем развлеклись.

18.12.2023 года были на экскурсии от этих ребят, все супер, все здорово, привезли, покатали на всем чем обещали, так же был дайвинг, девушка не могла привыкнуть к трубке но инструктор потратил немного больше времени и все таки получилось опуститься под воду, отвезли назад в отель, накормили пиццей. Рекомендую, ребята молодцы
