How to Book a Tour

To book your Cairo by Plane tour, please note the following important steps:

📅 Contact us at least 10 days before the excursion to check flight availability and start your reservation.
✅ Make your reservation after confirming availability.
💵 Confirm your booking by paying the deposit at least 2 days before the excursion — this guarantees your flight tickets and participation.

Once you’re ready to book, please provide:
📍 Hotel name
🏨 Room numbers
📸 Photos of passports (the page with names and surnames) — required to issue your deposit receipt

💰 Deposit: A representative will come to your hotel with an official receipt to collect the deposit of $100 per person.
📑 You’ll receive your receipt immediately, and we’ll issue your flight tickets under your names as soon as the deposit is confirmed.

⏰ The day before the tour:
We’ll send you the exact pick-up time, information about what to bring, and where to wait for the bus outside your hotel.

💵 Remaining balance:
The rest of the payment is made on the day of the excursion.

⚠️ Important:
❌ Cancellation is possible at least 2 days before the excursion.
❗ If canceled 1 day before or on the same day, a $150 fee will be charged to cover the cost of flight tickets.

Wycieczka dwa razy tańsza niż od rezydenta. Przyjechali po nas do hotelu, do Makadi. Choć rezydent straszył, że tylko ich wycieczki sa ubezpieczone i mogą wjechac do resortu. Delfiny widzieliśmy, nawet z nimi pływaliśmy. Lunch na statku. Potem pływanie na kanapie (fajne, adrenalina wzrosła). Od razu powrót do hotelu – samochód już czekał. Obsługa po angielsku. Super przeżycie. Polecam!

Отдыхали компанией в Сафаге. Покупали 2 тура в Nile Voyage:

1. Оранжевый остров в Хургаде – Оранжевая бухта. С отеля нас забрали к назначенному времени. Была доплата за трансфер, т.к отель находился в часе езды от Хургады.

2. Золотой Луксор с посещением долины царей из Хургады + остров. Мы ездили на комфортном транспорте с кондиционером. Был русскоговорящий гид, очень интересно рассказывал.

Как итог: нам всё очень понравилось, всё соответствует описанию. Буду рекомендовать знакомым и обязательно ещё воспользуюсь данным сайтом. Спасибо!

Strach ma wielkie oczy. Rezydent wychwalając swoje roztoczył wizję nielegalnych wycieczek od lokalnych biur. Zdecydowaliśmy się jednak na Nile, i było warto. Wszystko przebiegło bez najmniejszego problemu, program zmienialiśmy na miejscu, perfumerie i papirusy nas nie interesowały. Przewodnik polsko jezyczny wsiadł dopiero w Kairze, z kierowcą komunikacja po angielsku. W Kairze wszystko bez problemów.

Od razu uprzedzać, prywatną wycieczka z Hurgady do Kairu to łącznie 12h w samochodzie, wyjazd o 1.30, powrót koło 23.00

Sama wycieczka bardzo konkurencyjna cenowo 130$ vs 85$.

Nie ma się co bać, brać.

В августе 24г ездили на 3 экскурсии ( в названии). Все было организовано на 5+: переписка по воцап конструктивно и четко, трансфер во время, договоренности про стоимость накануне, сбор денег строго по договоренности перед началом самой экскурсии. Сотрудники доброжелательные. Все совпадает как в описаниях. Молодцы!!!
