How to Book a Tour

To book your Cairo by Plane tour, please note the following important steps:

📅 Contact us at least 10 days before the excursion to check flight availability and start your reservation.
✅ Make your reservation after confirming availability.
💵 Confirm your booking by paying the deposit at least 2 days before the excursion — this guarantees your flight tickets and participation.

Once you’re ready to book, please provide:
📍 Hotel name
🏨 Room numbers
📸 Photos of passports (the page with names and surnames) — required to issue your deposit receipt

💰 Deposit: A representative will come to your hotel with an official receipt to collect the deposit of $100 per person.
📑 You’ll receive your receipt immediately, and we’ll issue your flight tickets under your names as soon as the deposit is confirmed.

⏰ The day before the tour:
We’ll send you the exact pick-up time, information about what to bring, and where to wait for the bus outside your hotel.

💵 Remaining balance:
The rest of the payment is made on the day of the excursion.

⚠️ Important:
❌ Cancellation is possible at least 2 days before the excursion.
❗ If canceled 1 day before or on the same day, a $150 fee will be charged to cover the cost of flight tickets.

Спасибо большое за организацию. Отдельное спасибо Кариму гиду за помощь инвалиду опорно-двигательного аппарата то есть меня, носил на руках с корабля, по лестнице, помог в музее, всюду сопровождал, несмотря на то что я была с мамой, он помогал, давал и маме посмотреть, возил сам меня, отзывчивый парень, спасибо ему. Что касается экскурсии все захватывающе, интересно, хотелось чтобы было больше экскурсий от вашей команды, с вами все четко и слаженно. Все понравилось, гиды молодцы 👏🏻

Wir waren Heute in der Mini Egypt Park Hurghada gewesen. Der Fahrer Mohammed war sehr freundlich und pünktlich.

Wir waren nachmittags dort.

Wir waren alleine dort, 5 Personen. Wir haben viel Zeit gehabt um alles in Ruhe anzuschauen.

Die Kontakte mit Nile Voyage war sehr einfach und schnell.

Hat alles super geklappt.
